Strong hybrid returns over 21 kmpl in real use
Been riding/driving my Toyota Innova Hycross GX 7-seater for a while now and the standout for me is strong hybrid returns over 21 kmpl in real use. Second-row ottoman seats are genuinely luxurious. The only real gripe is hybrid variants command long waiting periods, but it hasn't been a dealbreaker. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone shopping in this segment.

Hybrid variants command long waiting periods — but still a solid pick
Went with the ZX(O) Hybrid trim after test-driving a couple of rivals. Toyota reliability and resale, which tipped the decision. My main complaint is hybrid variants command long waiting periods, and monocoque platform is less rugged than the old crysta. Service experience so far has been reasonable. Would still buy it again given the overall package.
